The luxury apartment at the top of a new skyscraper in Monaco – Tour Odéon is achieving new heights in both design and price. The five-storey penthouse is also world’s most expensive since its price of around €240 million (€3,400m2). Planned to be completed next year, the Mediterranean coastline’s second tallest building will offer its residents a 24/7 concierge service and a private chauffeur. It will also boast a health centre, multiple swimming pools and an in-house caterer.
All that luxury amenities will be available at the touch of a button on an integrated screen in each residence. This massive property was designed by Monegasque architect Alexandre Giraldi, who is currently working with Sir Norman Foster on the new Monte Carlo Yacht Club, and with interiors by the esteemed late designer Alberto Pinto.
The interest for those luxury flats go so far, that 25 of the 70 apartments have sold, with prices of around €75,000/m2.
