Renée Zellweger decided to sell her historic East Hampton estate, asking $4,5 million. The 45-year-old actress, whose taut complexion has prompted discussion over recent weeks, bought the property in 2003 for $2.15 million. The 2,000-square-foot farmhouse at 30 Egypt Lane, which was built around 1900 sits on 0.91 gated and high-hedged acres. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It comes with a heated pool, a two-car garage and a loft that’s attached to the house.
Zellweger listed her sprawling four bedroom colonial farmhouse in Connecticut for $1.6 million over the summer. That was the second time in three years.
