Reese Witherspoon is really busy with real estates lately. In August this year, she purchased a historic home in Nashville for $1,95 million and one month later one more stunning home in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, which she paid $12,7 million. Now, Reese didn’t bought, but she has sold the rest of her huge Brentwood compound for a whopping $10,068 million. The actress had listed the property for $14 million in June, but sold a small portion in a side deal for $3,55 million.
Witherspoon’s Brentwood Circle estate is actually a combination of three parcels that she amassed from 2003 to 2013, paying a total of $11,6 million. The larger part of the A-list compound, includes a 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom, 6,956 square foot Spanish-style estate, and adjacent lot tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a double lot in the desirable, guard-gated community.
Living space includes a formal living room with a double-storey foyer, a dining area, an eat-in kitchen, a library, a gym and office. The master suite has spacious walk-in closets.
Interiors of the home reportedly boast of hardwood flooring and soaring ceilings with beautiful French windows and doors. Outside, the home has a pool, rolling greens, a children’s play area with a “sunken trampoline” and an outdoor fireplace.
Reese gave a tour of the beautiful home in a recent interview with Vogue.
