The most expensive condo in Boston’s new Millennium Tower costs a whopping $37,5 million. Luxury penthouse is located at the top (60th floor) of the over 625-foot-tall (685-foot-tall in total) residential tower (currently in its pre-construction stage) in the heart of downtown Boston – Downtown Crossing. The building slated for a summer 2016 opening, will house 442 luxury condominiums ehich will all be sold at market rate.
Luxury condos will start on the 10th floor. Directly beneath that will be a two-level private club for exclusive use of residents. The City Residences will sit on floors 10-32, and the Grand Residences will be located on floors 33-55. Penthouse homes on floors 56-60 will utilize the Grand Residences lobby. The major difference between the two tiers will be the physical size of the homes, with the Grand Residences offering larger floor plans.
Millennium Tower Boston will include a luxurious amenity space, featuring 24-hour concierge, lush outdoor space, a top-of-the-line fitness center, owners’ lounge, garage parking, children’s play room, swimming pool and the premier La Vie social experience(a proprietary Millennium Partners lifestyle network).
