Shakira obviously has a problem to get rid of her luxury mansion she has owned on Miami Beach’s North Bay Road for 13 years! The crib, described by real estate websites as Zen-like, went up for sale last year – for $14.95 million, and now the singer’s house has a “whisper” ask of $13 million. Latin pop star bought the 8,300-square-foot mansion in 2001 for $3.3 million, and was able to more than triple the value of the home, adding bedrooms and bathrooms totaling an additional 1,663 square feet.
The property which has seven bedrooms and 8½ bathrooms, light wood floors, state-of-the-art kitchen, sits on more than 200 feet of prime waterfront property and comes with a sparkling pool and a dock.
Her neighbors on posh North Bay Road have included Alex Rodriguez, Matt Damon, Jennifer Lopez, and Ricky Martin.
