In recent time, Bruce Willis is really busy with real estates. In March this year, famous actor chopped $2 million off the asking $22 million of his sprawling, gated Beverly Hills hacienda. Last month, Willis splashed out $9 million on a new and amazing villa in picturesque Bedford. This time, the action star and his wife Emma Heming, who paid $8.85 million for the luxury Manhattan apartment last year, did a major renovation and now wants to sell it. The asking price is $12.995 million.
Located in the Emery Roth-designed Eldorado building, which has been home to many of Manhattan’s elite, the apartment has 50 feet of Central Park views from its living and dining rooms and from the master suite. Also in the master suite can be found Carrara marble and a steam shower as well as a large attached dressing room.
The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home includes a steam shower and a large kitchen made from two former maids’ rooms.
The couple purchased this apartment in February 2013 from U2 bassist Adam Clayton, who had renovated two apartments into one larger one, but it wasn’t enough for them, because they wanted a bigger space after having their second child this year.
