The famous Borussia Dortmund footballer Marco Reus, was fined by the German authorities by a fine of 540,000 euros($660,000) due to traffic penalties and driving without a license. Specifically, Reus is in the past 3 years “earned” five speeding tickets, and the investigating authorities in subsequent proceedings have established that he drove a vehicle in those moments, although he never laid for a driver’s license. The level of penalty is weighed considering his incomes, but also social responsibility!
This is a good example of how to enforce the law, considering all factors. We assume that after this draconian public punishment will be much less those with an idea to sit behind the wheel without a license.
