Fendi Casa has teamed up with luxury private developer Château Group to develop Fendi Château Residences, a new and exclusive waterfront condominium building in Surfside Florida. Famous brand, known for its luxe handbags and fur since 1925, Fendi will be in charge for all the interior common areas and interior design details in each of the luxury units.
Slated to be completed in June 2016, Fendi Château Residences feature 58 expansive waterfront apartments with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Residences range in size from 3,300 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet. Prices run from $5 million to $22 million. Each unit includes a Fendi Casa kitchen, or a full chef’s kitchen with custom Fendi Casa cabinets and Gaggenau appliances. All residences boast finished bathrooms featuring Italian marble with custom-designed fixtures, along with staff quarters and laundry areas, which include full bathrooms. Residents also have the option to include FENDI Casa decorative elements throughout their apartment.
Other planned features include common areas with a private restaurant, a lounge with a gourmet kitchen, a library, business center, ballroom, private cinema and gym.
The12-story building would also have multiple beachfront pools with cabanas, reflective ponds and a relaxation terrace with aromatherapy. Residents also have access to five-star, white-glove services, including a 24-hour multi-lingual concierge staff, beachfront and poolside service and a doorman and valet.
