“America’s Next Top Model” host and executive producer Tyra Banks is going to sell her condo in New York City’s Nolita area for $3,795,000. The TV host paid just $2,1 million for it in 2005. Tyra’s Soho apartment measures 2,063 sq. ft. and has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It boasts views of Lower Manhattan and Midtown, lots of natural light, Brazilian mahogany wood floors, a study, an open chef’s kitchen, a dining room and large picture windows.
Banks’ representative told that the model loved the apartment (she lived there for ten years) but simply wasn’t able to spend any time there with her current work schedule.
The building, at 225 Lafayette St., has been home to other celebrities such as John Mayer, who sold his unit there for nearly $4 million in 2013.
