Jeff Franklin, the man responsible for creating the family television hit Full House has listed his stark Los Angeles mansion for an undisclosed price. Writer-producer-director, had the home designed by Richard Landry with interior architecture by Franco Vecchio, but has no plans of ever living in it. It’s reported that he’s owned the property it sits on for years.
Every aspect of this home is grand in scale and bold in design creating an elegant, one-of-a-kind refuge. Set on a nearly half-acre knoll above the Sunset Strip with city and ocean views, the contemporary house features walls of glass, an outdoor area with heat lamps, a professional kitchen, and infinity edge pool with jacuzzi.
A few of the key features include a retractable skylight with a motorized black-out shade, walls of glass, a fireplace and an indoor-outdoor shower in the master suite, Italian limestone tile and a 6-car subterranean garage that can double as a nightclub.
Franklin bought the property in 1988 for $1,9 million, and some rumors say that he now asks $30 million for it.
