Mathew Perry is under contract to sell his modern Malibu retreat overlooking the ocean. The home had been listed in June last year for $12,5 million. It has four bedrooms and six bathrooms in 5,500 square feet of luxuriously renovated living space. The interior is a sharp and sophisticated blend of textures and colors. The large master suite has his and hers baths, and a seating area with fireplace.
