Lipstick imprint of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher on a napkin of a luxury hotel in America is offered at auction over the Internet for 2,600 euros($2,950). A website for collectors “Picollecta” on sale has put a paper napkin from hotel “Pfister” in the US state of Wisconsin. On the napkin is still clearly visible imprint of lipstick of the “Iron Lady,” for which is a former French President Francois Mitterrand said that has “eyes of Caligula and the lips of Marilyn Monroe.”
Margaret Thatcher, who led the British government from 1979 to 1990, stayed in this five star hotel in 2000. Recently, a bottle of champagne signed by Margaret Thatcher was sold for 60,600 euros($68,000) and her handbag reached a price of 87,600 euros($100,000).
