More than month ago, with a short teaser video and one sketch, Aston Martin announced debut of the most extreme road version of the Vantage so far at the Geneva Motor Show. It’s Vantage GT3 which official images are now released for the public, and in the shortest may be described as a road version of the racing model V12 Vantage GT3.
As the base is used V12 Vantage S, and among other things the Vantage GT3 has a more aggressive front with a redesigned bumper, carbon fiber hood, large rear spoiler, wider track width (15 mm front and 33 mm rear), reduced weight (about 100 kg, 1565 kg now), as well as 6.0-liter V12 engine with 600 horsepower and 625 Nm of torque. Transmission is a seven-speed automated manual, and drive is on the rear wheels.
Acceleration from 0 to 60 miles per hour (96 km / h) is about 3.5 seconds, and top speed is 185 miles per hour (298 km / h).
It should be mentioned and modified suspension, a titanium exhaust system, Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, 19-inch wheels with tires Michelin Pilot Super Sport (265/35 front and 325/30 rear), sleek cabin with sports seats and steering wheel, and leather, alcantara and carbon fiber.
