After numerous fans of the brand had a chance to try the new Chief Dark Horse last Friday, Indian Motorcycles decided to reveal this novelty to all of us. The official presentation of this new beast is otherwise held in Chicago.
As before, we’re talking only about the sleek Chief Classic, which instead chrome got black matt elements. Chief Dark Horse is fully dressed in black – from the frame, steering, front grille, front fork, until the fuel tank and wheels.
Since is all about only a slight visual transformation it is quite clear that the technology under all that black remains the same. Chief Dark Horse is powered by V-twin power unit volume of 1,811 cc with 143 Nm of torque what you will find in Chief Classic, and there are an ABS, electronic key to start the two-wheeler and cruise control.
However, Indian did not remove every possible detail chrome from it, and all those who want to further dress up their Chief Dark Horse have at their disposal a wide range of accessories.
