Actor Orlando Bloom wants to sell his newly acquired lower Manhattan condo-loft for $5,495,000 just six months after he bought the place for $4,75 million. The 2,452-square-foot fourth floor apartment has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and oversized casement windows, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors and original cast iron columns. Bloom’s apartment at the old Sugarloaf Warehouse building at 155 Franklin St. is next door Taylor Swift, who moved in last spring after buying the penthouse from director Peter Jackson – and brought hoards of paparazzi with her.
Maybe that’s the reason why “The Lord of the Rings” star decided to sell his Tribeca condo.
Bloom previously owned a gated and privately situated home in L.A.’s star-studded Outpost Estates neighborhood that he bought in early 2007 for $2.75 million and sold in April 2014 for $3.9 million.
