Gaultier’s lovers will be happy to hear that the designer is making a return into the field. After shuttered his ready-to-wear line last year, Jean Paul Gaultier is back with a capsule collection designed in collaboration with the Japanese company Seven & i. The new capsule collection will be called “Jean Paul Gaultier for Sept Premières” and will comprise over 50 items.
This will also mark the launch of the Sept Premières branch of Seven & i, which will be the company’s first venture into apparel.
The items – outerwear, tops, bottoms, dresses and accessories will be priced much lower than his namesake ready-to-wear, ranging from $32 to $250.
