The iconic Swiss watchmaker Hublot celebrates 10 years of its iconic “Big Bang” with a collection of “Big Bang Unico” fine jewelry, valued at $ 10 million. This anniversary series – Big Bang Unico Haute Joaillerie will be unveiled during Baselworld, which opened Thursday, March 19 in Basel. An exceptional anniversary collection consists of ten versions 1 million dollars each (about € 942,000), which are result of some 750 hours of completion. In total, each piece required 400 hours of research and production, and 350 hours of crimping.
If talking about dizzying numbers, four versions are distinguished: the model full black diamonds (653 black baguette diamonds for 41.84 carats), the model full white diamonds (653 baguette diamonds 40.02 carats), model blue sapphires (653 baguette diamonds and blue sapphires baguette to 40.41 carats) and ruby model (653 baguette diamonds and rubies wand to 40.93 carats).
