Famous Australian photographer Peter Lik has decided to sell its amazing estate in Maui. It is located in an area that has certainly been an inspiration to its owner. The estate covers an area of 6.5 hectares of land in the Kapalua Resort, and on the west coast of Maui. The central part of the estate occupied villa of 800 m2, and has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Also, this villa has a hydraulic lift that opens the glass panels and provides the experience of living in the open-closed space.
Peter Lik, this estate, bought in 2013 at a cost of 9.7 Million dollars, and invested in the renovation $3 Million. The current price of this estate is about 20 Million dollars. Otherwise, a collection of photographs of the artist, worth about $ 100,000 is also included in the price.
