Carmen Electra decided to leave her Hollywood Hills Mediterranean home. And, she asks $2.699 million for her home. The Baywatch star purchased the house last year for $2.685. Located in the coveted Nichols Canyon area, the 5,255-square-foot gated villa which was originally built in 1986 features a courtyard that leads into a turret-style entry. The slightly angled residence, which stands three stories at the back, has arched windows, and beamed ceilings providing the spectacular canyon views. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two powder rooms.
The house also boasts of an exquisite gourmet kitchen that can be accessed from the breakfast room and family room. Aside from these amenities, the property also has a living, family, dining and breakfast rooms, a large media room, game room and a gym. New owner will also enjoy oval-shaped swimming pool and patio.
Just before she bought this house in the Hollywood Hills, Electra, 42, sold her longtime home in Beverly Hills for $3.75 million, making $2.4 million profit, since she bought it in 2002 for only $1.35 million.
