Magellan Jets doesn’t seem to share our opinion, since they offer 10-hour flight cards for college-bound students starting at $43,500. For that price they will also arrange the itinerary and car services to transport you, your family and your college to and from each campus. Magellan also provides notebooks from each university so students and families can record their thoughts between visits.
According to the company, this package – which is sold from March 25 to June 30, is designed to reduce the complications that come with scheduling multiple visits to potential schools.
There are obviously a lot of busy parents with deep pocket, who can afford this, since last year eighteen people bought the package. So, Magellan expects about 50 buyers this year.
