Seems that former Miami Heat dribbler LeBron James overvalued his Miami palace. He has originally listed his waterfont estate on Biscayne Bay for $17 million, but couldn’t find a buyer. Now, James’ property in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood can be yours for $15 million. The 12,000-square-foot contemporary compound with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms also comes with a guest house.
One of its main feature is panoramic views that strech for miles. There’s a spacious kitchen, home theater, sommelier’s wine cellar, office, and private master rooftop sun deck, as well as a summer kitchen and 4,500 square feet of entertainment space.
Other luxury amenities include dock built for two 60-foot yachts and infinity-edge pool.
