Josefinas is amazing Portuguese brand dedicated only to ballerinas, and with the ability to conquer the world. Their latest collection of ballet flats, named Pop Square return us to the 60’s and rewrite the past this time in a more youthful and feminine version. The feminine side of The Beatles: Yoko Ono, Maureen ‘Mo’ Starkey Tigrett, Pattie Boyd and Linda Eastman were the inspiration behind the four models of this new collection.
First handcrafted flats decorated with blue Gingham fabric pay homage to Yoko, artist and Lennon’s love, and his work of feminist rock ‘Blueprint for a Sunrise’. Mo, Starr companion and inspiration for the song ‘Little Willow’, names the coated model in red Gingham fabric. In addition to his success as a supermodel of the 60s, Pattie – honored the green Josefinas – was known for her talent behind the lens at the world exhibition ‘Through the Eyes of a Muse’ and for being the great Harrison’s love.
A key part of successful musical ‘Another Day’ entered the renowned photographer, Linda, the great Paul’s love, which was inspiration for light pink Josefinas.
The ad for the collection is set in Abbey Road the iconic crosswalk is where all happened, beautiful girls pose and dance while having fun with Linda, Pattie, Mo and Yoko.
