All Bulgari fans will be delighted to hear that their favorite brand will shine in Dubai. Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Dubai-based real estate development company Meraas Holding Development to launch a luxury residential project on Jumeirah Bay Island. This project is the first for Bulgari in the Middle East.
The Bvlgari Resort and Residences will feature 165 apartments, eight penthouses, 15 mansions and a five-star hotel, spreading across 1.7 million square feet.

The development will also include hotel buildings featuring 101 rooms and suites, 20 hotel villas operated by Marriott’s Ritz-Carlton, a retail area, as well as a 50-berth marina and a Bulgari Yacht Club.
This will be the world’s fifth Bulgari Hotels and Resorts property. It is scheduled to open in 2017, while the residential units go on sale in the next couple of days.
