More than five years after purchasing his Malibu estate for $3.8 million, Sean Penn has decided to sell it. An Academy Award-winning actor now asks $6,55 million for his stunning property. New owner will get a 1.4-acre lot with the 3,200 square-foot mansion which has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The single story home also includes a very private detached guest house and a maids/office that is adjacent to the garage which can host 10 cars.
