Concierge Auctions‘ newest international real estate opportunity has arrived with the auction of the Lighthouse Bay Resort and its adjacent buildable acreage, located on the picturesque Eastern Caribbean island of Barbuda. The property, never before offered for sale collectively will be now sold without reserve in three bidding segments: the nine-room boutique resort set and its 14.09 acres; 32.42 buildable acres, available for private use or to subdivide into sellable lots; or the full package – the resort and buildable portion, totaling 46.51 exclusive oceanfront acres.
Just 26 miles south of its closest neighbor, Antigua, Lighthouse Bay Resort offers the utmost privacy. It is one of only two resorts on the island, aside from the K-Club, which Actor Robert De Niro intends to revive with billionaire James Packer following their recent $250 million investment.
There is an existing 99-year renewable lease on the Lighthouse Bay Resort, and the complete infrastructure is in place to support it, which is expandable for future development. In addition to its nine guest suites, the resort’s Clubhouse building features a waterfront restaurant and freshwater pool, while the Lighthouse BarSpa offers a range of spa services including full body massages and detoxing/rejuvenating scrubs.
Additionally, there is a desalinization plant on site that generates up to 5,550 gallons of water per day; a full power plant with four generators; a communications tower providing full Wi-Fi Internet and telecommunications; a helipad; three boat docks; and paved roads within the resort.
The property will go for auction without reserve on June 30th, in conjunction with Terry Schad of Century 21 Tripower Realty.
