Since the BMW Group so far, in the Concorso d’Eleganza event in Villa d’Este in Italy, have presented a number of concept cars, M1 Homage, Gran Lusso Coupe Zagato Coupe, it is not surprising that the Bavarians for this year’s edition of this event prepared something interesting. So, it is the BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage model, a concept created to the honor of E9 3.0 CSL model from the seventies. It was announced that BMW 3.0 CSL Hommage concept is not made on the basis of any existing model, but “from scratch”, as it was designed to be as light as possible.
The car is powered by 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine with 560Hp and a eBoost. In a rather minimalist interior the car has room for two passengers, all is made of wood on the front panel and has a steering wheel of an interesting design. It should be noted mirrors and cameras, large rear spoiler, alloy wheels of 21 inches and a laser lights, as well as striking “Golf Yellow” exterior color.
