Now’s your chance to buy home once owned by Bruce Springsteen, since the Boss has quietly put his Benedict Canyon compound on the market and is asking up to $70 million, Variety reports. Accordint to their sources and property records, Springsteen and his longtime wife, E Street Band member Patti Scialfa, acquired the two-residence estate in 1999, for $13.75 million. Little is known about the 4.5-acre compound’s current features and amenities, but at the time it was purchased, it included a 10,000-plus-square-foot Mediterranean mansion with four family bedrooms, two staff rooms and separate chauffeur’s quarters.

A smaller English Country-style residence of about 7,500 square feet has – or had – four bedrooms and a double-height living room.
Springsteen and Scialfa owns and lives on a horse farm in Colts Neck, New Jersey. They also own homes in Wellington, Florida (a wealthy horse community near West Palm Beach), and Rumson, New Jersey.
