The star of this year’s RM Sotheby’s auction, at Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este on the shores of Lake Como, was a classic Ferrari 212 Export Barchetta from 1952. This racing roadster has reached dizzying sum of 6.72 million euros( $7.4 Million), which is new a record for the model. Previous record was held 212 Export coupe, which was sold for 2.93 million euros last year.

Quartet of Ferrari supercars, including the 288 GTO, F40, F50 and Enzo, has achieved a seven-digit numbers, like the 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso and 250 GT Cabriolet. All in all, RM Sotheby’s has collected nearly $35 Million, selling 34 of the 39 vehicles.
