Emporio Armani has teamed up with Italian motor-vehicles manufacturer Piaggio to launch the Vespa 946 Emporio Armani. This modern reinterpretation of the classic Vespa 946 first introduced to the market in 1946, now celebrates the 40th anniversary of the foundation of Giorgio Armani and the 130th birthday of the Piaggio Group. This special version of the Vespa 946 features Armani’s signature subdued color palette of greys and greens. The scooter is also finished with matte metallic details obtained through galvanic treatments and a brown leather seat.
The words ‘Emporio Armani’ appear on the side, while the iconic eagle logo of the brand sits above the headlight. The latest technology is incorporated into its stylish design, with electronic riding controls functioning with mobile and internet connectivity.
Vespa 946 Emporio Armani will be produced in an exclusive run of individually numbered scooters, and will be on sale in the world’s most important cities starting from June.
