After almost two years on the market, Jon Bon Jovi’s Mercer Street penthouse has finally found its buyer. Fully furnished 7,500-square-foot penthouse in Soho has been sold few days ago for $34 million. Famous singer snagged the stunning duplex for just $24 million in 2007. He first relisted it in 2013 with an asking price of $42 million and then slashed the price several times.
The two-level apartment features five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, two kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and a private deck. Floor to ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the city, and 11-ft high ceilings make the interior open and filled with light.
The property, which is located between Prince and Houston streets, sits on the top floor of the New Museum’s 158 Mercer Street building.
The lucky buyer of the home is Austrian-American businessman and investor Gerhard Andlinger.
