Auction house, Julien’s Auctions, recently announced that they will put on sale, “Harley Davidson” bike, owned by the actor Marlon Brando, who bought it back in 1970. The name of actor, Marlon Brando, has always been associated with two-wheelers, since the film “Barbarian” from 1953. Playing the role in the film “Rebel Without a Cause” by Johnny Stabler, a gang leader, dressed in a leather jacket on a motorcycle, the Brando has become a symbol of motorcycling.
It is a model FLH Electra-Glide from 1969, in black color with chrome elements and two color wheels, which is expected to reach a price of $400,000.
Although 50 years old, this road beauty has been driven only 13,859 miles and is in perfect condition. A special “treat” for collectors of Hollywood memorabilia makes black number plates on which with yellow letters writes “Brando”.
