A spec home in Napa Valley has just hit the market, priced at a whopping $38 million.
The St. Helena, Calif. property is about 20 acres and includes contemporary four-bedroom home measuring about 6,500 square feet which is currently under construction. According to listing agents Ginger Martin and Gregg Lynn of Sotheby’s International Realty, a three-bedroom guesthouse is completed and furnished, and there will also be a 776-square-foot “spa house” which the buyer could use as a gym or another guesthouse.
Magnificent property will also include a tennis court and two pools – an infinity pool at the main house, and a lap pool at the guesthouse. About 14 acres of the property are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The property doesn’t have winemaking facilities, but the new owner could choose to go through the approval process to add them.
