Calvin Klein has recently put his Miami Beach mansion for sale, with an asking price of $16 million. Because of the uniqueness and beauty of the house, the famous designer won’t sell it to “just anyone,” but only to a person who “appreciates the aesthetic.” The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom compound located at 4452 North Bay Road was built in 1929 and includes a private waterfront sanctuary and an infinity pool situated at 113 feet high, offering magnificent open bay views.
The living, indoor and outdoor areas have a total area of 8000 square feet, but the house sits on a total of 16,709 square-foot lot. The open floor plan spans about 5.800 square feet with European craftsmanship throughout captures the essence of Zen. Furnishings and antiques were chosen by world renowned designer Axel Vervoordt. There’s also a two car garage.
