New restaurant at the Hotel George V, located on the eponymous avenue in Paris will open its doors in mid-October. Le George will offer Mediterranean cuisine and will complement the gastronomic offer of the Four Seasons Hotel George V, which already has the gourmet restaurant Le Cinq, run by chef Christian Le Squer and La Galerie’s elegant lunch and dinner spot.
