In Japan, schoolkids generally carry a set design backpack called a Randoseru. Now, carrying this boxy Japanese backpacks becoming trend among American fashionistas, including actress and musician Zooey Deschanel. So, no wonder why Disney has decided to indulge into the randoseru game, with a line of backpacks that can only be purchased inside its Tokyo theme parks, which actually cost a few hundred dollars apiece.
You can choose from five models for boys and girls, ranging from pearl pink to lavender to black. They can only be bought from within the House of Greeting and Il Postino Stationary, both gift shops at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea.
The top of the line model is the Princess version, which costs about $600 (egular randoseru are about $200).
