Starwood Hotels & Resorts has officially launched Sheraton Grand, the company’s new premier tier of Sheraton hotels. In line with Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ ‘Sheraton 2020’ plan to reinvigorate the Sheraton brand, select hotels from Sheraton’s current properties will be designated to join the new premier brand, which is touted for its enticing destinations, distinguished designs, and excellence in service and guest experiences.
Fifty hotels are expected to join Sheraton Grand by the end of the year, and 100 by the beginning of 2017.
The first ten hotels to join Sheraton Grand are: Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway; Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Hotel; Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai; Sheraton Grand Edinburgh Hotel; Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort in Miyazaki; Sheraton GrandeWalkerhill in Seoul; Sheraton Grande Taipei Hotel; Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok; Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel and Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort.

Other recent announcements regarding the Sheraton 2020 plan include the introduction of the new Paired lobby menu, an SPG promotion, and the launch of the brand’s new visual identity and re-designed website, Sheraton.com.
