King of pop Michael Jackson fell in love with the renowned Primm Ranch, located on 10 acres and five minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. Now, this compound which was once desired by pop icon Michael Jackson can be yours. Currently listed for $14.5 million, Concierge Auctions will sell it without reserve on October 10th in cooperation with Kristen Routh-Silberman of Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty.

Located at 7000 Tomiyasu Lane, an exclusive enclave and celebrity-studded street, the Primm Ranch compound is made up of two parcels. The 21,000 square feet of living space, currently owned by casino and resort developer Gary Primm, contains a total of 12 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms. Unique features include nderground tunnels, hidden interior passages and 10-foot exterior walls, with certain tunnels leading to a soundproofed, underground shooting range and a 2,000-square-foot, 20-car showroom complete with a deionized-water carwash, power-lifts for on-site vehicle maintenance and two gas stations to support both diesel and unleaded fuel options. All of this, in addition to a 3,000-square-foot separate guest villa and 1,500-square-foot staff quarters.

With its combination of flamboyance, quirkiness and privacy, Primm Ranch is legendary for its opulence and was all set to become a home for the entertainer. Jackson planned to buy the property after his This Is It world tour, which would have included a month of gigs at London’s O2 arena. He was going to have a headline show in Vegas and the mansion would have been the ideal base.
Sadly, it was not to be: on June 25, 2009, the King of Pop was found dead, aged 50, at his mansion in Los Angeles.
