To celebrate the 63rd birthday of its president, Russian company Caviar made a smartphone with a gold engraved picture of Vladimir Putin on the rear cover. New iPhone 6S is on the market, and Apple boasted the most successful start in sales of the new model of the iPhone ever. Already in the first three days they sold more than 13 million devices.
However, why have a plain iPhone when you can have one with the portrait of the Russian president? Russian jeweler Caviar, known for its luxury reworks of Apple products surpassed himself producing a smartphone with a gold engraved picture of Vladimir Putin on the back of the chassis.
The device is made in honor of Putin’s 63rd birthday, and they called it: Caviar Ti Gold Supremo Putin «Anniversario Edizione 63». Reportedly will be sold only 63 copies of this luxury smartphone.
The back of the phone is made of titanium, and contains pieces of gold – engraved Putin’s head, the emblem of Russia and a plaque with a verse from the Russian anthem.
Customers also receive a luxurious wooden box for keeping prestigious phone.
Specifications mobile doesn’t differ from the regular iPhone 6S, but there are only two versions – 64 GB and 128 GB. 16GB variant, which users otherwise don’t like, especially those with deeper pockets isn’t available.
The price for 64GB version is 199,000 rubles ($3,195), and for 209,000 rubles ($3,355) you can get 128GB version.
