Once closed, the sale will represent one of the top residential sales in Las Vegas since 2010. The automated golf driving range offers three separate teeing spaces and the world-class equestrian facilities include stables with indoor and outdoor stalls, two pasture stalls and a two-stall wash bay.

Concierge Auctions’ exposure campaign for Primm Ranch attracted 7,450 visitors to its marketplace from 211 states/regions and 67 countries. Approximately 480 buyer prospects inquired for more information, and 28 private showings were conducted.
