Legendary Primm Ranch compound has a new owner following the live bidding conducted earlier this month by Concierge Auctions. Aptly hosted in the seller’s private jet hangar with the Las Vegas strip as its backdrop, 12 qualified bidders vied to purchase the 10-acre Primm Ranch from casino and resort developer Gary Primm. Once closed, the sale will represent one of the top residential sales in Las Vegas since 2010. Once desired by pop icon Michael Jackson, Primm Ranch boasts show-stopping amenities to rival any Vegas compound.
The residence features a casino game room, underground shooting range, beauty salon, screening room, 5,000-bottle wine cellar and 2,000-square-foot, 20-car showroom. Outside, the tropical swimming pool has waterslides, caves and waterfalls that conceal a large grotto bar and guest suite. The automated golf driving range offers three separate teeing spaces and the world-class equestrian facilities include stables with indoor and outdoor stalls, two pasture stalls and a two-stall wash bay.
“This sale was a resounding success for so many reasons,” said Concierge Auctions Chairman Chad Roffers. “Our team is obsessed with the details, and our global marketing campaign including a cutting-edge, movie-quality video put our seller in control and delivered the desired result.”
Concierge Auctions’ exposure campaign for Primm Ranch attracted 7,450 visitors to its marketplace from 211 states/regions and 67 countries. Approximately 480 buyer prospects inquired for more information, and 28 private showings were conducted.
