Core Construction has been selected by the Tuscan Gardens Group to build a $45 million senior living center the Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast. Located at Grand Haven along Colbert Lane, half a mile south of Palm Coast Parkway, the new center will have three buildings for assisted living, independent living and memory care with 263 beds in 210 units totaling 190,000 square feet. The architect is Baker Barrios Architects Inc. of Orlando, where Tuscan Gardens Group LLC is also based.
“The community will feature spacious, elegant private suites, fine furnishings and décor, original artwork, meticulously maintained grounds and wetlands, high ceilings, tall windows, a Tuscan kitchen, great rooms, a media center, library, salon/spa, chapel and more,” a Tuscan Gardens press release states.
This $45 million project will begin in spring 2016 with plans for a late 2016-early 2017 opening.
