Pop star and former Disney kid Selena Gomez has listed her Calabasas home for $4.495 million. The 23-year-old actress had bought the home for almost $3.7 million in 2014. Her 7,786-square-foot mansion is located in a gated community, a little less than five miles away from where ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber used to own a house.
The main residence has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, while there’s also a guesthouse with an additional bedroom and bathroom, a full kitchen, and a walk-in closet.

Mediterranean-style house includes all the celeb musts: spa-style amenities like a steam shower and hot tub, a formal dining room that could feed an army and a backyard made for hosting, with its cabanas, brick pizza oven, and fancy outdoor kitchen. The “extremely rare & private” compound is also equipped with security cameras.
Gomez, like many an A-lister, is no stranger to house-hopping. She sold her previous home, in nearby Tarzana, to Australian “rapper” Iggy Izalea and Laker Nick Young in late 2014.
