In total the 41-storey building will boast 30,000 square feet of various amenity spaces throughout the tower, including 402 Class-A luxury apartments and 22,000 square feet of retail space on the first and second levels of the building. Each of the units will have gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the city, and hardwood flooring throughout, and all will be pre-wired with 1GB fiber for cable and internet, and keyless entry system.
