Over the past nine years, Charlie Sheen enriched his portfolio with a collection of three mansions in guarded and gated Mulholland Estates. Now, former Two and a Half Men star is said to be selling two of his three Beverly Hills mansions in the wake of his revelation that he is HIV positive. He admitted that his financial situation wasn’t great after paying out more than $10 million in the past few years to blackmailers in an attempt to keep his HIV status secret.
However, Sheen is reportedly selling two homes: a 6,625-square-foot, five bedroom Spanish Villa-style home he bought in 2012 for $4.8 million, and a 9020-square-foot, six-bedroom mansion he bought for $6,999,999 in 2011.
The first home features saltillo tiles, beamed ceilings, and French doors, plus a library and theater. The five-bedroom house has a dual fireplace and its own sitting room. And, of course, there’s a pool and barbecue area.
The second six-bedroom mansion sits on a lot that’s around a half acre.
The grounds include two terraces and a yard, and inside the house there’s a two-story entryway, a bar, a butler’s pantry, a formal dining room, nine bathrooms, and a master suite with its own balcony.
The actor intends to keep a third, 792-square-foot home he bought for $7.2 million in 2006.
All three properties are in high-end gated community – Mulholland Estates, favorie area of many other celebrities such as Robbie Williams, Christina Aguilera and Paris Hilton.
