There are two rooms and 27 suites, most of which are individual structures that were originally cannon emplacements. New from this summer are the three Sentinel suites, which are set into the cliff away from the main buildings, overlooking the Bay of Palma. They are refurbished by the Spanish architect Antonio Obrador. With their own plunge pools and sea view from the bed, the Sentinels are very romantic indeed. Also new is the large El Cabo suite in the fortress building, which is filled with artworks and also has its own pool.
