Naomi Watts decided to sell her home in the area which features some of the most expensive residential properties in the U.S. – Hamptons, and she asks $5.85 million for it. The British actress and her boyfriend Liev Schreiber purchased the 6,061-square-foot home, in the Amagansett Lanes, in September 2007 for $4.3 million. The cottage-style home, conveniently situated on two-thirds of an acre is walking distance to town and a brief bike ride to the beach.

Inside there is a “great room” with high ceilings and a moody bluestone fireplace, a coffered-ceiling dining room, professional grade kitchen with white marble finishes, a media room, exercise studio, games room, multiple zone heating and cooling, a laundry suite, two-car attached garage and an extra parking bay.
