If you’re looking for luxury vacation where you’ll be treated like a royal member, why not check new special suite at recently $140 million renovated The New York Palace. Created in conjunction with world-renowned jewelry designer Martin Katz, The Jewel Suite aims to set the stage for romance with a variety of Art Deco-inspired—and very sparkly—accouterments. And the foyer’s 20-foot “diamond waterfall” chandelier and floating crystal jewel boxes featuring more than $1.5 million of Katz’s creations are just the beginning.
The opulent furnishings continue into the mirrored dining room, featuring a hand-blown glass chandelier and a mosaic created by Katz.
On the second floor, the Master Bedroom is a throwback to Old Hollywood style with a pair of sumptuous Art Deco-inspired chairs. Also in the Master Bedroom is a Lucite table, custom-designed to show off Katz’s wares.
The romance factor gets a major boost on the suite’s terrace level, which offers an intimate respite from city life with an array of unique amenities. Inside sits an historic wood-burning fireplace (one of the city’s few) for those chilly evenings.
Outside, a spacious terrace includes an array of comfortable seating, an elevated stone spa, and some much-loved green space (perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning, or a nightcap when the sun goes down).
All you need is $25,000 per night.
