Hollywood couple had purchased the property in March 2013 for $10.8 million. Built in 1930, the 2,550 square foot home is an enclosed compound with walls of glass that frame stunning views of the oceanfront. The two-story residence has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Downstairs, the open floor plan includes beamed ceilings, abundant light throughout, a spacious cook’s kitchen, and two fireplaces.

Apatow and Mann also own an $18 million Brentwood, Calif., estate, plus a $9 million 3,000-square-foot West Village pied-à-terre, according to the showbiz trade paper.
