If getting out of bed in the morning is hard for you, and the existing alarms are difficult or annoying, it seems that there is a solution. New alarm, which in the US is already on sale, don’t use the usual sound, but wakes up sleepyheads with the smell. Sensorwake uses small capsules that emit different scents. Paris-based startup company claims that the three-minute releases of your favorite fragrance is enough to wake you up and is more efficient than conventional alarms.
You can choose the sweet smell of chocolate, coffee, the seaside, peppermint or a jungle.
However, if the smell does not wake you up, the alarm will activate the sound.
The device is expected to be available for delivery in June, priced at $109. Each scent capsule is good for 30 awakenings; a two-pack will cost $10.90.
