Scott and Barbara Lloyd put their home on sale last summer, but chopped the starting price of $300,000 to $250,000. Last year, the house had the second largest number of searches on the site Realtor.com, but the ad was mainly attracted curious seekers but not serious buyer, said Lloyd.
