Seattle-area home, owned by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has just hit the market, priced at $3.488 million. The Nadella family bought the house in 2000 for $1.385 million. Built in 1963 but renovated to a more modern style, the Clyde Hill home is about 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as formal living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen, a family room and two fireplaces.On the second floor, there’s an office space overlooking the living room. The contemporary styled home also includes a master suite complete with a rain shower.
The home has floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the Olympic Mountains, Lake Washington and a portion of the Seattle skyline.
A Microsoft spokeswoman, citing a policy to not comment on personnel matters, didn’t say where the Nadellas were moving.
